How do I know what size will fit me?

How will I know if Bint Al Bilaad E-Store has received my order?
After your order placement, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail from Bint Al Bilaad to confirm that your orders have well-received. However, orders will only be shipped once we verified your billing and delivery address
What if an item I have ordered is out of stock?
Although we make every effort to maintain stock and satisfy customers, occasionally we are out of certain items. If we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes in your order total or shipping confirmation will reflect in your invoice.
Are there any restricted areas?
Currently, we are unable to ship to any PO Box, military, protected area/location. Shipping charges for failure of attempted delivery to the restricted areas will cost buyer.
In how many destinations is this service available?
The COD (Cash on delivery)is available all over Pakistan. COD is not available internationally.
How much does delivery cost?
Different locations have different delivery costs. The delivery cost will be shown at the checkout process.
Will the product be same to the pictures displayed?
Yes, the product will be the same, however, there may be a slight difference when it comes to the color. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colors, you see will depend on your screen resolution. We cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery.
Are the prices offered online are same as at Bint Al Bilaad stores?
Yes, the prices are the same for online and retail stores of Bint Al Bilaad unless there is any Special Offer either at retail stores or online. Customers can avail an online Special Offer by buying and paying online and vice versa.
If there is any defect in the order what would be done next?
In case an item is found to be faulty or damaged, the customer will have to send the defective product back to Bint Al Bilaad. Upon receipt, Bint Al Bilaad shall issue a replacement against the product mentioned in the Invoice. Item ordered online cannot get replace at any Bint Al Bilaad retail store
